Every connection to SalesMachineX is encrypted end-to-end using industry-standard SSL/TLS. The padlock in your browser confirms it.
How it protects you: nobody between your device and our servers — not your ISP, not a coffee-shop Wi-Fi snoop, not a man-in-the-middle attacker — can read or tamper with the orders, prices or login details you send.
We never store your password. Instead, we save a one-way cryptographic hash with a unique salt — a fingerprint that can verify your password without ever revealing it.
How it protects you: in the unlikely event a database was ever exposed, your actual password remains unreadable. Even our own engineers cannot see it.
Forgot your password? We email a single-use, time-limited reset link to the address on file. The link expires shortly after it's sent and cannot be reused.
How it protects you: only the person with access to your inbox can reset your password — and only within a tight window. Old or intercepted links are useless to attackers.
Every customer integration is issued its own unique API key, scoped to that account only. Keys can be rotated or revoked instantly if anything looks off.
How it protects you: your data stays in your account. A compromised key for one customer cannot be used to read or write to anyone else's, and you can cut off access in seconds.

How it protects you: physical data-centre security, DDoS mitigation, encrypted backups, geo-redundancy and 24/7 threat monitoring all sit underneath your account — backed by Microsoft's global security team.
Login pages, contact forms and other public endpoints are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which silently scores each request and blocks automated bots.
How it protects you: credential-stuffing scripts, brute-force login attempts and spam bots are stopped at the door — without making real customers tick frustrating "I'm not a robot" boxes.
No single control is ever enough. Layering encryption, hashing, scoped credentials, cloud-grade infrastructure and bot mitigation means an attacker has to defeat every layer to reach your data — and we monitor all of them continuously.
